Questions

General questions

Do you trade as principal or as broker?

As principal. We buy and sell for our own account, and the sales and purchase agreement is signed by us as seller of record.

What do you need from a new buyer?

Company registration, authorised signatories, beneficial ownership details and a bank reference.

Who settles a dispute over quality or quantity?

An independent inspector certifies both at the load port. Wider disputes go to arbitration at DIAC or DIFC under UAE law.
